Following his earlier visit at Agdal University of Rabat/Morocco in May, Dr. Hartmut Kahl, LL.M. (Duke) gave a presentation to a delegation of law students from Rabat in Berlin today. Invited by Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, he spoke about “Germany’s Commitments on Climate Change Mitigation from a Legal Perspective – Today and Beyond 2020”. The Moroccan students stay for one week in Germany to learn and discuss about “Climate Change and Renewable Energies as an International Challenge.”
