New book on Renewable Energy Law in the EU published

Comprising the papers of a conference at Leuphana University Lüneburg on locally based renewable energy solutions, Prof. Marjan Peeters (Maastricht) and Prof. Thomas Schomerus (Leuphana) edited the book “Renewable Energy Law in the EU – Legal Perspectives on Bottom-up Approaches”. The book was delivered these days by the renowned academic publishing house Edward Elgar. Dr. Hartmut Kahl of the Foundation for Environmental Energy Law contributed chapter three: “Trade law constraints to regional renewable energy support schemes”.
