Legal support in the context of discussions and negotiations on the energy policy framework till 2040 (EU EE 2040)

The aim of the project is to provide legal support to the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) in the context of discussions and negotiations on the energy policy framework after 2030. The topics to be addressed include, among others, the adjustment of the target level and target architecture of the EU target for renewable energies for 2040, the revision of the Governance regulation with a view to 2030 and 2040, and the acceleration of permitting procedures for renewable energies.
