The aim of the project is to show, on the one hand, which concrete implementation obligations and adaptation needs in the Schleswig-Holstein Energy Transition and Climate Protection Act are caused by the new federal legal requirements and how these can be implemented in the Schleswig-Holstein Energy Transition and Climate Protection Act. On the other hand, the scope of action of the federal state for more far-reaching regulations is to be shown and the proposals developed by the principal are to be examined.
