dena pilot study – road to climate neutrality (dena Leitstudie Aufbruch Klimaneutralität)

The aim of the study initiated by the German Energy Agency (dena) is to identify cross-industry and cross-sector paths and opportunities for setting the course for the 2020s. The Stiftung Umweltenergierecht is a research partner in the cross-sectional module “Economy and Europe”. It examines the future legal course at the European legal level within the framework of the EU Green Deal and presents the essential legal framework conditions for the transformation towards a climate-neutral economy. The research focus is on the interactions between national and European instruments.
