Caroline Moog has been part of the team of the Stiftung Umweltenergierecht since January 2020. As a research associate she supports the research area of energy plant and infrastructure law and works in particular in the project “A legal analysis of new challenges for planning and permission law regarding the allocation of land and the construction of wind energy installations thereon for the expansion of wind onshore energy” (NeuPlan Wind).
After studying law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University of Bonn with the focus on “German and European environmental and planning law, public commercial law and infrastructure law”, she completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Aachen.
She is currently studying part-time in the LL.M. Sustainability Law – Energy, Resources, Environment at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
